Lunch Here is a map. We will ahve copies at the conference.
Registration As it stands, we do hope to make the conference free. But given the amount of papers we have had to reject as well as the tight timing, we hope all those who confirmed can make it.
Hotels This is Paris - more hotels than any other city in the world - and yet there is still a terrible shortage. Reasonable hotel prices the city centre begin at 50Euro, but they book out quickly.
These sites will give you many options: www.booking.com www.cheaphotels.org/ www.hotels.com/ www.hostelworld.com www.hostelbookers.com www.airbnb.com
Our main recommendation is to make sure you book in the city centre (one of the 20 arrondissements). This is because, as a rule, these areas are the nicest but also because the Paris metro system will get you anywhere you may want to go with ease.

Events Reception - We are planning a wine and cheese reception, most probably on the Friday evening at the end of the first day. Dinner - We will not organise a conference dinner, but we will make recommendations for restaurants and may put out a call to see if people would like us to book a restaurant Lunches - There are places to eat relatively near by. We will make maps and add further information soon.
